7.1 Scope and organiser status.
These terms govern enabled plans, events, registrations and reservations. The offer will identify the organiser or provider and the available action: information, request, list, confirmation or external link. Organisers are responsible for their activity, authority, permits, safety, insurance and other applicable duties.
Where a contract is offered, the provider’s trader or private-person status and the allocation of duties with Widais will be disclosed. Consumer rights depend on the parties’ actual status; their possible non-application to a private-to-private relationship does not remove other duties or rights concerning Widais’s own service.
Community Widais are plans promoted by users and are distinct from the official events of venues, talent or brands. Their display on a profile is subject to the relevant option being enabled for that profile. Enabling their display does not imply that the profile holder organises, authorises or endorses each plan, nor does it guarantee the availability, admission or participation of the linked venue, talent or brand.
7.2 Information before a request.
Offers will state date, time, time zone, place, format, capacity and relevant admission, age and cancellation conditions. Known accessibility will be described without claiming nonexistent checks or certifications. Information must be reviewable before confirmation.
Meeting Widais’s age requirement does not guarantee eligibility to attend an activity, whose admission conditions may impose additional requirements under applicable law.
Where a price applies, the provider, total amount, taxes, mandatory charges and payment recipient will be identified. Activities with hidden mandatory costs must not be presented as free. Optional services require an express choice and cannot be added through pre-ticked boxes.
7.3 Requests, lists and confirmation.
A pending request or waiting list does not guarantee a place or admission. Immediate or approval-based confirmation will be identified. Any temporary hold will state its duration and effect and is not a final reservation. Confirmation will identify the transaction and applicable terms, on a durable medium where required.
External links lead to the identified provider, which manages its own contracting. Lawful admission restrictions must have been disclosed before the transaction; a list entry does not allow new or arbitrary conditions on an accepted reservation.
Community plans will be distinguished from official events, and “pending” or “unverified” statuses will be visible before a request. A profile’s name or logo does not authorise promises of tickets, allocations, performances or services not confirmed by a person entitled to offer them.
7.4 Confirmations, codes and groups.
Enabled confirmations or codes establish only the described registration. Single-use codes must not be duplicated or used after validation. Transfer, named-person conditions and any resale follow disclosed terms and law. Loss, theft or misuse should be reported promptly to the provider to examine available measures, without automatic exclusion of the affected person’s rights.
Anyone acting for a group must have authority and provide only necessary data, informing participants of the intended use. General fields must not contain identity documents, health data or other specially protected information.
7.5 Payments and withdrawal.
A free request does not authorise later unagreed charges, deposits or penalties. External payments belong to the contract with the identified provider. Any payment within Widais requires an enabled feature and prior specific terms identifying the seller, payment recipient and Platform’s involvement.
Where consumer law applies, certain non-residential accommodation, catering or leisure services for a specific date or period are excepted from the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right, subject to prior information. That exception does not automatically cover a digital subscription or remove cancellation, breach or material-change remedies.
7.6 Cancellations, changes and refunds.
Organisers will communicate cancellations and material changes and provide the remedies required by contract and law. No-show or cancellation conditions must be prior, clear, accepted and proportionate and cannot be introduced retroactively. Impossibility or force majeure does not by itself eliminate recovery of amounts for unprovided services.
Refunds will be assessed according to the affected service and each participant’s role, including mandatory booking or management charges. Their label alone does not make them invariably non-refundable. A voucher will not replace a refund due without legal authority or valid agreement.
Service incidents should be addressed to the provider; Platform failures or illegal practices may also be reported to Widais. Statutory periods and rights remain available; an indicative support or reporting period does not by itself extinguish a valid claim.
7.7 Participant data.
Organisers and authorised managers receive the data necessary for the disclosed transaction and logistics, with role-limited permissions. Registration is not marketing consent or permission to export data for campaigns unrelated to the requested relationship.
Allergies, health needs or other sensitive data will be collected only when necessary and specifically authorised, with information and an appropriate channel and limited access and retention. They must not be published in general lists, profiles or chats.
7.8 Admission, conduct and image rights.
Participants must respect safety, capacity, previously disclosed lawful admission rules and other people’s rights. Unlawful discrimination, harassment and dangerous conduct are not permitted. Admission powers do not authorise arbitrary decisions or breaches of confirmed reservations.
Attendance is not a general transfer of image rights. Photography, recordings and promotional uses require applicable information and lawful authority. Attendees’ private data must not be disclosed without a valid basis. Immediate risks should be reported to emergency services, in addition to notifying the Platform where appropriate.
7.9 Widais’s role and responsibility.
Widais provides the features stated for each transaction. It does not guarantee participants’ conduct, attendance, success or profitability of a third-party activity. It will address its technical failures with the required care and duties; those failures do not by themselves justify disregarding a confirmed transaction.
If Widais organises, sells or acts as agent, it will identify that role and assume the corresponding duties. Third-party involvement does not exclude Widais’s own responsibilities for information, security, data protection, consumer rights or legally attributable damage.
